All organisations have generic ICT organisational role descriptions, but require very specific skills from their personnel. These differ between organisations making it very difficult to implement a generic solution into organisations. 

There are dozens of good corporate libraries of online ICT training material available to organisations as well as hundreds of online resources like YouTube and Udemy. The challenge is to find an appropriate set of resources that is packaged in a way that will benefit the individual and at the same time is aligned with the organisation's approach in applying these skills.

Our approach of co-creating learning paths for organisations is based on our experience that people need a structure to assist them in gaining the skills they require in the context of the work that they are employed to do. We use our industry standard Skills Framework as a starting point and link it with the internal HRD departments job profiles and skills plans.
